Andy Rariden – Attorney at Law

Andy is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, and, as such, is recognized by The Florida Bar Association as an “expert” in civil litigation.

Prior to joining The Trial Professionals, Andy had almost 20 years of experience as a civil trial attorney defending personal injury cases for major insurance companies in Florida. Andy has successfully tried numerous trials across the State of Florida. He has litigated personal injury cases at both the trial and appellate levels in both State and Federal courts in Florida. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in Florida.

Andy was born in Charleston, South Carolina, but his family’s roots in Florida go back to the late 1800’s when his ancestors moved from Virginia to Gainesville, Florida. Andy grew up in Central Florida, and graduated from Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs, FL. Andy attended Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC where he graduated with Honors in 1987 with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. He attended law school at the University of Florida where he, again, graduated with honors in the top 20% of his class in 1990. Andy and his wife Victoria live with their wonderful young daughter in Kissimmee, Florida.
