Piercy Stakelum – Attorney at Law

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Piercy Stakelum has always felt a passion for justice and the urge to fight for those whose lives have been compromised.

After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University in 1994, Piercy entered the University of Florida College of Law. There, he established himself as a leader among his peers, serving as an active member of both the Moot Court and Trial Competition Teams. He graduated with honors in 1997, and landed his first job at an esteemed law firm in South Florida.

For the next four years, Piercy worked for several of the region’s largest legal firms, representing both individuals and insurance companies. During that time, he successfully tried cases before juries in several Florida counties, winning in both State and Federal courts. In 2001, he decided to focus his talents and expertise on his true passion: helping individuals.

He opened The Law Office of Piercy J. Stakelum, P.A., in Orlando, Florida in 2001. To this day, the practice, now called The Trial Professionals, specializes in personal injury and the protection of individual rights.

Piercy is duly qualified and admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in the State of Florida. He is proud to call himself a civil trial attorney, and is an active member of both the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America.
